To our valued guests: we are looking forward to spoiling you with the finest meals and beverages, all harvested from local gardens and vineyards and prepared with the magic touch of our chef and wine cellar master. Our menu features both traditional local foods and dishes from other areas of the country, custom made to all tastes and preferences. We promise you'll enjoy a kaleidoscope of colors, aromas and flavors specific to Romanian cuisine:

traditional coal-fired pies filled with: potatoes and onions, spinach and cabbage, sheep's cheese, ground meat, mushrooms, apples, plums or sour cherries;
bean soup with smoked pork and red onions, marinated chicken, Grandma's egg-based soups and broths, chicken sauce with polenta and mushrooms, roasts and steaks and veggie medleys from fresh produce grown in local gardens.

The variety of foods we serve is matched by the many settings where our guests can enjoy a meal, from pond docks and the swimming pool terrace to the 200-yearold wine cellar and the tables underneath the apple and cherry trees in the orchard. The outdoor cooking area with its cast iron pot and bread oven is another favorite spot for guests to enjoy their food.

... when it comes to wine, we can only say that you will not be seeing any corked bottles or containers, the kind within which the sulfur lurks, waiting to blur your mind; our wine is free-flowing, in large, bulky carafes, with a variety of flavors: sweet, semi sweet, dry and semi dry. The atmosphere that reigns over the place is infused with ambient music and sometimes spiced up with bouncy rhythms, folk dance music and traditional songs by folk artist Furdui Iancu.
